Goat Squats

🐐🏋️‍♀️ Lucky is getting to be a pretty big goat to squat, weighing in around 60lbs! Although who can resist a solid set of 10 squats when she is just psyched for the snuggles! 🥺🥰 It’s been really fascinating to witness my back recovery through the growth of Lucky. I first began squatting her a few months ago, when she was only 35lbs! This is progressive overload, farm style 🐐😎
