Mission
Godowski Training strives to provide virtual personal training and climbing coaching that works for everyone, including people with disabilities and neurodivergence, beginner-to-elite rock climbers, the queer community, and other folks at all ages and stages of life.
Vision
Coach Malcom Mel’s Vision is to provide affordable resources to improve the overall fitness and health of under-represented communities in the fitness space, as well as providing competent, inclusive rock climbing education to improve the overall knowledge of the climbing community.

Coach Malcom Mel
Malcom is a professional rock climbing and fitness coach residing in Massachusetts. He has 15+ years of coaching experience working with athletes of all ages and abilities. Additionally Malcom has 20+ years of climbing experience, as well as a B.S. in exercise science and CSCS, which he uses to provide flexible programs that help his athletes reach their fullest potential!
Outside of work Malcom can be found climbing on rocks, geeking out about exercise science, writing, or leisurely enjoying the outdoors with friends.
