🐐🏋️‍♀️🪜 10-8-6-4-2 Squat/Pull-up Descending Ladder Superset

Follow along as I go through a superset of 10 squats, 10 pull-ups, 8 squats, 8 pull-ups…all the way down to 2

You can modify the squats based on weight. My goats are getting large and range in weight, 45-65lbs. I saved the Lucky, the heaviest, for last! 🐐 • You can modify the pull-ups by either using a band or scaling to an inverted row (ring row). Or, if you are good at pullups, you can add weight to the pull-ups or decrease grip size. • Rest as needed, but I’m working on my endurance so these sets were done with little rest in between exercises (30-90 sec).
