Follow Along Fitness - Banded Accessory and Mobility

Coach Malcom Mel here with a 10 minute follow along video that is great for both climbing and general fitness!

This video is great for warmups and cooldowns for climbers, as well as a great 10 minute fitness workout for general fitness. These exercises are categorized into banded accessory and mobility, as they are not particularly strenuous and are geared toward working smaller muscles that aid in the overall function and movement patterns of our joints.

Follow along and pause at anytime you need a break. If you enjoy the exercises and want to make it more challenging, work through my talking transitions and repeat the video for a total of 2 sets!
