Throughout my experience as a coach and a transgender man I have garnered a deep appreciation for the variability of the shapes and sizes of bodies, marveling at its ability to withstand stress of all types. I understand how it feels to be queer and in spaces where you feel like you don’t belong, how uncomfortable it can feel to be vulnerable about your body, and the tough days that make it hard to leave your home.

Virtual Fitness Training
$160-250 per month
With a Virtual Fitness Training Program you’ll follow an individualized plan that is focused 100% on your goals. Malcom uses his 15+ years of coaching experience with gender expansive populations, B.S. in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer expertise to work with a wide variety of physical and intellectual ability levels. Whether you are someone looking for the basics or have years of training experience, Malcom provides a program structure that will work best for your body and mind!
Includes a fitness workout program and virtual check-ins, with the option for monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly virtual fitness sessions to be built into your schedule.
Rate is determined based on the type of training program and frequency of virtual fitness sessions + check-ins.
