With a Virtual Fitness Training Program you’ll follow an individualized plan that is focused 100% on your goals. Malcom uses his 15+ years of coaching experience, B.S. in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer expertise to work with a wide variety of physical and intellectual ability levels. Whether you are someone looking for the basics or have years of training experience, Malcom provides a program structure that will work best for your body and mind!

Includes a fitness workout program and virtual check-ins, with the option for monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly virtual fitness sessions to be built into your schedule.

Rate is determined based on the type of training program and frequency of virtual fitness sessions + check-ins.
